2 problems I've been running into as of late...

1. I have a model with 3 light fixtures from the 3d warehouse (2 identical sconces and a chandelier) as well as 2 spotlights. When I render the model, the 3 light fixtures work, but the spotlights don't. I've checked all the settings on the spotlights and they seem fine (but I'm relatively new to arielvision so maybe I'm missing something). I've checked all the settings on the spotlights and they seem fine (but I'm relatively new to arielvision so maybe I'm missing something).

2. Once I've placed something - a spotlight for example, I'm not able to move them along the correct axis when using the keyboard arrows as shortcuts like I can when I move any other component in sketchup. I can get them to move along the red and green axis usually, but pressing the "up" arrow to move along the blue axis only makes them move along the red or green, or at a diagonal... I've had this problem with every model since I started using arielvision, so placing the lights has been a bit of a pain at times.

Great program and super easy to use, but I can only get it to work with one sketchup model. I tried with different models in different files to test it out there, and the render "starts", but the Arielvision window that pops up only stays open for a few seconds before closing entirely. Is this just because I'm currently using the trial version? I love the program and will gladly purchase a full license if this is the only reason this is happening. Thanks!

In the past, as recent as 2012, Renderplus Nxt for Revit provided an option to save the output file as an *.epg whis used as an inout for Piranesi, a 3-D painting program. I was able to successfully render within Revit using the render plus engine with the *.epg output file.

Is there a way to speed up the Analyzing Geometry and the Reading Batch File phase prior to rendering? I notice that these 2 phases only utilize one processor thread out of 16 available. The rendering phase does use all 16 threads. For example a 127MB interior office Sketchup 2022 file has a load time of 25m 25s and Render Time of 4m58s. Am I missing something in settings that would improve the Load Time?

I dont know if there is any other person as good that has done interiors like Peter Milner or Chris Fox that is interested in teaching me.

I've been using iRender nxt for many years now, and I'm constantly tweaking my settings to create that perfect image... I do now actually believe I have found my ideal set-up.

I space plan and design office layouts for a construction company in the UK, and my work is predominantly based on internal spaces, so my images tend to be set during the day, occasionally with lighting or I'll rely on natural daylight.
I usually leave my computer running over night when rendering the images, so I'd say they are usually processing for about 15-17 hours before I return to work.

I've attached some examples below...

I'm not saying these are the definitive settings for creating internal visuals, but I believe they do create a visual that with enough passing time, will produce something very photo-realistic and could maybe assist new users with a good starting point.

I'd love to see what others are creating and to see what settings you are using.
