downloaded Version 5.0 and receive error message

It looks like you may have a conflict with an old file left over from a previous version.

There should not be a file called "IRender_Nxt.rb" in the C:/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 8/Plugins folder anymore.

We only need the .rb files whose names start with "IRender" shown below below.

Please try deleting that file: "IRender_Nxt.rb" from the Plugins folder.

I deleted the "iRender_Nxt.rb"

I am not using the 'artisan tools'

I just installed the artisan plugin trial and I didn't get any errors.

Would it be possible to zip up your plugins folder and send it to me? I won't share any of the files or steal anything. Maybe I can get a clue by looking at files that are in there.

I downloaded the artisan plug in trial version and it has expired.

I am going to remove the artisan. rb from the folder and see what happens. Also, I rendered a model a few minutes ago and it did not seem to have any problems unless of course, a problem was not apparent to the eye.
