Thanks so much for your patience and help.
  • great!

    Send me an email at

    rich.hart@renderplus.com

and I'll see if I can use your email address to look up your license number, etc.

Include anything else I can use to search for the order...phone, address, etc.

  • I got it and WOW it loaded.  However, it is taking me through the 30 day trial licensing thing.  I don't know that I can locate my license.  Can you check that I have indeed paid for nxtrender?
  • Can you try to install that version of Windows Installer?

That may be necessary to get the latest Windows stuff installed..

  • I get this message :

Windows installer version 3.1 or higher is required to perform this installation. please visit http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=893803 to obtain the appropriate version of Widows installer 3.1 for your system

  • So it's just MSVCR100.DLL and MSVCP100.DLL.

    Would you try running

    C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\redist\vcredist_vs2010_x86.exe

to see if that puts those DLLs on your machine where the programs can find them?.

  • Attached are the Depend results pages

    IRenderBatch.dwi

    IRender_nXt_dll.dwi

  • Could you download this file, depends.exe, from this zip file, and use it to see which DLLs might be missing on your machine for our executables?

    Download: http://www.mediafire.com/file/5qd9e6pr3p5mc3q/depends.zip

and extract and run the depends.exe, using it to open both:

       C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\bin_nXt\IRenderBatch.exe

    and

       C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\bin_nXt/IRender_nXt.dll

For example, when I open IRnederBatch.exe in depends, I see:

2506651013?profile=originalThose items flagged as red or yellow are normal, but I expect you'll see quite  a few more.

If you can run it and send me a screen shot of what you're seeing for both IRenderBatch.exe and IRender_nXt.dll, perhaps we can just send you the missing DLLs and get them to run on your Mac.

The first file works - the second two I get error messages:

"This application failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found"
    and

    "Usage: rtf2pdf argile.txt

    Argument file not specified.

    RTF2PDF (Release): JI24R"

  • So that one works.

Could you try these others in these other folders:

    C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\bin_PDF\skp_to_3d_pdf.exe

    C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\bin_Nxt\nXtImageEditor.exe

    C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\bin_PDF\rtf2pdf\rtf2pdf.exe

I'm just fishing here to see what kind of executables work.
