From a user:

Can you also please explain why the model gets washed out when I use interior no sun?

Clicking on "Interior No Sun" is a Preset that turns off the Sun and Sky, and also un-checks "Sky Illuminates if off". So there if are no artificial lights in the model, the rendering would just be black, since there is no light source.

If that's the case, rather than showing you a black screen, we place a "headlamp" at the camera position, so that you will at least see something. But notice that there won't be any shadows or anything interesting:

You really need to add some lights in that interior lighting mode.

The Presets just set a starting point for the lighting, you can still change the settings after selecting a "Preset".

Once you get a lighting solution that you like for a particular type of model, you can save those option values on the More options tab to be able to quickly load and reuse it for other models.

For example, you can check "Sky Illuminates if off", the current Sky will be used for illumination, which looks a little better (Here I had the Sky set to "AutoMatic"):

Notice that "Interior No Sun" is no longer checked as being used, since I departed from that Preset by checking something else.

Here is your model in using just the Studio High Dynamic preset:

The default sky for the Studio mode is an HDRi sky, which is set to be on for illumination only, so that it does not appear in the background.
