Hi  I recently downloaded your rendering software.

If I buy a single user license , does that mean I can only use it on one computer ?
What if my laptop breaks or needs to be replaced or upgraded would I then not be able to install it?
How long is the license valid for ?
What do I have to pay to renew it ?
Why is not a once off fee?
Do I get a CD with my purchase ?
Do I get material library with CD?

A single use license is for use on two computers - our desktop and your laptop. If either is replaced you can move the license from one computer to another computer.

The licenses if valid indefinitely for the current version of the software, and all new versionsw for 12 months. If you want to keep up with new versions after 12 months, you can renew your license for another 12 months of use. The cost for renewal is about 50% of the cost of the original license. You can renew it from this page: http://www.renderplus.com/wp2/renewals/

You can order a CD for an additional $10.00. Most of our users just download the software from the Internet.  We usually put out a new version every month or so to add new features and/or fix bugs.

The Material Library is also available on-line. We can include that on the CD as well.
