Irender nxt 6.0 lighting
I keep adding lighting such as spot light, and point lights to my sketch also trying to use an object as a light and none of these seem to work when I render my model and also it takes very long to render any suggestions for my issues?

I cannot help you with that.
I would suggest starting a new model with a realistic scale and seeing if you can get lighting to work.
