New version of IrenderNxt
The new version for the software doesn't show when i open sketchup also I hope this version fixes the issue where i cant render anything with ground cover when i select the extraction beta option.

Which "new version" of SketchUp are you running?
We'll check out the ground cover with the Beta extractor.

Sorry - I thought you meant a new version of SketchUp.
Does an older version of IRender nXt load when you start SketchUp?

When you say that it "doesn't show" for you, do you mean that you cannot find or run IRender nXt in SketchUp at all now, or are you saying that the IRender nXt toolbar does not appear for you?
Or do you mean something else?

When I open sketchup there's no extension menu for me to select it to run it

What version of SketchUp are you running?
Also, can you run the install again, by right clicking on the file and selecting Run as Administrator, and send me a screen shot of where we are installing the Plugins files? We show that twice during the install.

Also, could you look and see if IRender nXt appears under
Window/Preferences/Extensions
Maybe it's not checked to load?

I forgot to mention ik using sketchup pro 2015 and it is checked to load

Could you open the Ruby Console Window, and Enter:
load 'RPS_IRender_nXt/RPS_IRender_nXt2.rb'
end send me the text that appears in the Ruby Console Window?
Maybe we will see an error message.
