beleive I had asked this a while ago, but haven't been using this add on for a while so just following up. For self serving reasons, is there any way you can offer a switch/cehckbox so that the name fo the applciation appears blank in the pdf properties dialouge box?
You need to be a member of Render Plus Software to add comments!
While we are working on a solution for this, you can edit the PDF file itself in a text editor - like notepad, and replace anything in the /Creator line you like.
You need to replace the characters with exactly the same number of spaces or other characters so that the integrity of the PDF file is not lost:
21 0 obj /*@SKP_Image_Loc (540.0 0 0 251.0 36.0 360.0) /*@U3D_Page (0) /Keywords () /Subject () /Title (RPS 3D PDF Sample) /Author () /Creator (RPS 3D PDF, version 2.0 KD29p-not_set , www.renderplus.com) /CreationDate (D:20110509094805-06'00') /Producer (PDFlib 7.0.1p1 \(C++/Win32\)) >>
The New Wizard is not in RPS 3D PDF yet (Only in the 3D PDF option in IRender nXt)
I just tested it, by putting dummy values in the 4 fields, but I still got RPS 3D PDF as the "Application". We will have to add an additional field for Application, and try to get it to work properly.
well I just downloaded it last night, running 2.0KD18p and nxt, but dont' have the new wizard. Regardless, doesn't seem to allow editing of the "application" property in acrobats document properties dialouge box
Once you set the values you want in the PDF Properties dialog, and create a PDF, it should use remember and use those values when you start a new model.

Sorry for the confusion.
In the older versions of 3D PDF, it is on the Document Tab of the Options Wizard:
In the new Wizard (only working with IRender nXt so far), it is on the Properties Tab of the new Setup Wizard:
Once you set the values you want in the PDF Properties dialog, and create a PDF, it should use remember and use those values when you start a new model.
If this is not working, let us know.
