3D PDF problems

Good afternoon Al,

 

I have been trying to create a 3D pdf but it doesn’t seem to do anything.

 

I choose where to save it and it does not show up and there is no error message etc.

 

Can you please advise?

    With all the different ways we have for making 3D PDFs, we will need some more information.

     

    Is this your first try at 3D PDF, or have you made them successfully before?

     

    Are you using the new 3D PDF in IRender nXt, or the original 3D PDF.

     

    Are you running it from SketchUp, or as a stand alone?

     

    Can you try it with a very small model - a single cube for instance?

     

    If you are running it from inside SketchUp, does the PDF Wizard come up.

     

    If the ODF Wizard does not come up, load the Ruby console before starting the PDF Export and let us know if there are any messages.
