I recently updated to SU8, after some small trouble getting iRender nXt loaded we got it loaded and did some test renders.  Everything worked perfectly until I tried to render an animation, at which point I got this error:

“IRender nXt Error (JI17nxt – COMPUTERNAME  - LICENSE).  Unable to create
bitmap needed for . (JI17nxt –
COMPUTERNAME  - LICENSE).”

Any ideas?

Thanks

  • If you purchased IRender nXt within the past 12 months, then you can use the latest version with your current license.

If your license is over 12 months old, then you cannot use the latest version without upgrading your license.

You can still use the old version with SketchUp 7. However if you want to use SketchUp 8 you will have to upgrade your license.
