I am sorry that you are having a problem - lets try to figure out whaqt is w3rong.

First - try rendering a small model - a single cube - to make sure that the rendering is working. If you cannot render even just Susan, or a single cube, then we will have to see what is going wrong.

If you can render a small model, then we need to figure out what is wrong with your larger model.

If you can put things in layers, and render just one layer at a time - stopping the rendering as soon as it extracts properly and starts - then you may be able to find the item which is causing the problem.

The problem is usually one of these three things:

1. The model is simple too large.

2. There are too many lights -because something you made a light is actually creating 100s of lights because of its geometry

3. There is an item in the model which is too complex - too many ciurle sides, etc.

4. There is a material or background which is too large of an image.
