After rendering, you get a .jpg or .png file which yoiu can publish as an image, but you can not publish it as a .SKP file.
If you want to save your .SKP model on the 3D Warehouse, you can include a rendered image. You will have to load the rendered image (.jpg or .skp) in your model as an image, and have only that image be viewable when you load the .SKP mode into the 3D Warehouse.
