Licensing Question

We are interested to buy the IRender nXt sketch up software, and we have some question about the procedure kindly find below.
1.       If we purchase permanent license and install to our laptop incase in future if the laptop is corrupted what is the procedure to transfer the license and installing to other laptop or desk top?
2.       If we going to buy monthly subscription what is the procedure to cancel the license if we needed 

There is a button on the licensing dialog to invalidate the old machine so you can validate the new machine using the same license. Also, you can send us an email and we will do it for you.

For subscriptions there is a portal for you to manage your subscription - change the credit card, change the number of users, or cancel the subscription. And you can always send us an email with your changes.
