Rendering Fails/Hangs

Hello,

I'm attempting to render a model with about 65,000 faces, file size around 6.5 Mb. When the Writing Geometry window reaches about 60% or so, the rendering window appears. Then a message in the status bar at the bottom of the window says Rend
