Nothing is Rendering

Hello,
 
I have just downloaded the trial version of ArielVision for windows, and there seems to be a problem. 
 
Everything seemed to install correctly and It is loaded into Sketchup, but when I try to render nothing shows up.  The window opens up, and shows the background colors, but no model. 



The first thing that we suspect when I hear this is that we are picking up a section plane that you are not seeing in SketchUp.

SketchUp doesn't tell us which Section Plane is "active", so, as a work-around, we use the first one we find that is not hidden.

Try  un-checking this setting and see if that helps:
