old model rendering error

sent an email directly from thw error dialogue box, but sending this as well as I'm in need of urgent help - I think I deleted the serial info below....hopefully.  Was rendering a bunch of models past 2 weeks with no probelm, opened up an older one to fix and go this

 

ERROR during: send_settings_and_model: No such file or directory - C:\Users\larryg\AppData\Local\Temp\nXt_batch

    (VER: 3.5 JK09nxt - LGAPC-XPS - XXXXXXXX)
         (Error occurred in C:\Program Files (x86)\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\ruby\raydll_texturewriter.rb line: 641)

    Current dialog: 'IRender nXt V: 3.5 JK09nxt Rendering Settings' ('irender_start_rendering' (but) but-48: skip: 0 : Start Rendering)
    command: rb_start_rendering()

    The problem was that the batch folder was pointing to a folder which existed on one computer, but not on the other.

     

    A couple of versions ago we added a fix which, if the folder couldn't be found, tries to use some other folders.

    well did the update and it now works....very strange.  However, thank you and my client thanks you :-)

    I'll upgrade, but I can confirm that the folder doesn't exist.  The last time I used this model was on the previous computer which could explain that so I'm not sure if upgrading will solve the problem

    Can you verify that C:\Users\larryg\AppData\Local\Temp\nXt_batch exists and is a folder?

     

    You are running version JK09, the latest version is KD27. Can you upgrade to the latest version?
