Problem logging into Help Desk

Rich, and I both had a problem logging in to the help desk today.

On some browsers, it wouldn't even let us read it, on other broswers we couldn't sign in.

If you get a similar problem - either delete all your cookies in your browser, or delete all cookies with the word 'irendernxt' in them/
