The best way to get grass like this might be to put an image of the grass a face on the ground.

It son't stick up properly in front of things, but might work well enough.

Water too, might work well with an image placed on a surface to be the water.

Your image has water in two or three places, so I am not sure which one you want to improve.

To get started with water, maze a simple model - just a rectangle to turn into water - and play with the bump map settings to get something you like.

See: http://www.renderplus.com/wp2/wk/Water_Materials.htm

Tried that but it didnt come out a how i expected and i have a hard time creating realistic water for that beach scene

the stage in the water section is what i want to improve

Make a small model - such as the pool and border in the image above,

Try some bump_maps and send the model to support@renderplus.com

Notice that it is the reflection of the sky in the water which makes this work well.

Model sent
