An easy way to test your design for lighting is to set Color Rendering Mode to Clay
Render your model as Clay to test your lighting design. The completed rendering is a full color image, notice for example, that the spot lights are a different color than the ceiling lights. This Color Rendering Mode is a nice way to focus on lighting to ensure that the style and positioning of fixtures matches your vision for the project.
Once you're satisfied with your design, reset the Color Rendering Mode to Normal and process your presentation renderings.
