Requesting light beam feature

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a start beam diameter?

For some lights, par led for example, using a cone is not relevant, it would be necessary to use a truncated cone. Actually I multiply beams on each par led to mimic reality but of course, there is a negative impact on rendering time.
