rp tree maker will not run

When I star tree maker in sketchup I get

error window

closing the program

In the note 12 it states rune the debug and sent the file to you Render Plus but has no reference

or email as to where to send it to.

Does anyone have this answer and how to fix it. Iran once and wont run again

I'll look to see uf it offers any help.

1. Are you running RpTreeMaker Free (the stand alone application), or RpTreeMaker as part of IRender nXt?

2. Go to program files, and find the RpTreeMaker folder

C:\Program Files\Render Plus Systems\RpTreeMaker

And run TreeEditor.exe

Does anything happen? (It should load the tree editor)

2. If the Tree Editor works, try running RpTreeMaker.exe

If it brings up a dialog box saying ("Do you want to load...) then it is working.
