Welcome to the forum Tilman.
RpReports has been replaced by SpaceDesign. So you will probably need to use SpaceDesign for future versions of your RpReports application.
We are not aware of any problems with 64-bit computers or Windows 7, and we use both for most of our development and testing machines.
