RPS 3D PDF Problem

hi:

i need support since i am trying to save one sketchup file as 3D pdf but it giving me invalid log file when i press last step of creating PDF

please advise

We you using IRender nXt, or RPS 3D PDF?

Can you send us an image of the error message?
