It is OK to close SketchUp after the extract, and when the Batch Renderer is running.
You can only pause the Render at the end of a pass. If you click the red button just once, then it should stop at the end of the next pass and you can use the blue arrow to the left of the green circle to restart it.
If you click the red button twice - to stop the rendering immediately, or use the setup dialog or material dialog to stop the rendering between passes, then you cannot resume it.

If you click twice it will stop immediately - but then you cannot resume it.
We can only resume renderings for which a pass has been completed, and the next pass has not been started.
(Which happens when you click Stop just once)
Ahh thnx... Sorry for my ignorance.. haha
I expected the rendering to stop immediately..But instead it waited for the next pass...
The image you uploaded is too small for me to see.
What does it say at the bottom (e.g. pass comleted).
Has the stop icon turned green? (if not it hasn't stopped yet).
