stuck at STARTING RAYTRACING

When I try to render a model from Sketchup 8 I get this message:

 

STARTING RAYTRACING

 

I wait, wait, wait, and wait and nothing happens.

 

This didn't happen before. Anyone know what might be the problem?

 

Im running the latest version of IRender Nxt.

 

Can I contact the company for support?

    Hi Al Hart

     

    Problem solved. I installed sketch up 8 on a new Asus computer laptop with 8 MB ram and it is doing what its supposed to be doing. Thanks for your support.

    Try a very small model - just a face or a cube - to make sure small models work.

     

    If the small model doesn't work, save it (load the Setup Dialog and close it before rendering - then save it and try to start the rendering) and send it to us so we can see if any settings were messed up.

     

    If it is only large models - then send us the large model. You can use the Uploads tab above, or send it to support@renderplus.com
