texture resolution limit

Hello,

Is there any internal texture resolution limit?

I tried to render this scene including a Google Earth terrain. Well, the google earth image quality is really not good at 'our' scale but.....

This is the sketchup view:

I took care to set the 'Max. texture size - Pixels' parameter to 0 for 'No Limit'.

Anyway, I got the next result:
