Hi, Rich have tried your suggestion but it was already in use. so uninstalled again and reinstalled and entered the licence but still getting the runtime error message as the render window starts to open. could it be my version of SketchUp i redownloaded from the Sketchup forum as moving it to my current laptop via dropbox it went missing.
