Background image using 'flat projection'. Keeps the resolution well. I don't have any good HDRI panoramas that have high resolution unfortunately. I pull skies from Flickr believe it or not. Search for beach sunset or beach sky or similar. I like the 'beach' shots because they're typically shot into the ocean and you get a clean horizon line!
