Cannot find IRender nXt after installation

I just followed the instructions of downloading and installing in sketchup file. Then I went in Plugsin window and IRender nXt was not there, after that I went to View - Toolbars and I did not find Irender.
The program is installed in my C drive in Sketchup - Plugsin - Irender  as RPS_IRender_nXt or do I have to install it in Google?

What version of SketchUp are you using?

Start SketchUp, open the Ruby Console and type in:

load 'RPS_IRender_nXt.rb'                    and see what happens.

- If in says: Error: #<LoadError: cannot load such file -- RPS_IRender_nXt.rb>,
then IRender nXt is not loaded into the proper version of SketchUp.
-      Reinstall it and make sure you select the proper version.
-       Type in; Sketchup.find_support_file('Plugins') (and hit Enter) to make sure the plugins folder is where you think it is.

- If you get some other error messages, then copy and paste the contents of the Ruby console into an email so I can see it.
