Foreground and Background Wizard - "Focus"
Would it be possible to add blur to the foreground and background images as part of the Background Wizard, So you can save time without having to pre-process images in Photoshop

Yes. We could do that.
- we are rewriting the Wizard and will add a blur filter to the filters.
