How did I do that ?!?

Hi,

On one model, I found a setting about the sky for night interior rendering which greatly satisfy me:

So, I saved the setting file (attached).

The problem is when I use this same setting file with a new model, I don't get the same sky setting:

Could you please tell me what I miss?

In parenthesis, the clear button in the bkgd tab seems to not work as it doesn't clear the image. It also seems not possible to suppress the hdri. Maybe not important if we don't use them as shown in this setting file but why to embed unused images...
