only works with one sketchup model on trial version

Great program and super easy to use, but I can only get it to work with one sketchup model. I tried with different models in different files to test it out there, and the render "starts", but the Arielvision window that pops up only stays open for a few seconds before closing entirely. Is this just because I'm currently using the trial version? I love the program and will gladly purchase a full license if this is the only reason this is happening. Thanks!

The trial version allows unlimited use, so we'll gladly help you figure out what the problem is. Please would you upload your .skp model via this page Uploads - Render Plus Software and we'll see if we can recreate what you're experiencing.
