Since one month, I received no response from you to my problem operating
Renderplus

I installed the new version and I performed the tests.

I sent the results of these tests on May 29

Every time functions (copy, mirror, rotate or stretch) have been used on a component or a group, the software has
been closed immediately.


How can you help me because I have received no response from you?

We have not gotten much done this past month due to trade shows and vacations.

I'll take another look at this.
I tested the latest model you sent me - sans.skp - with SketchUp 6.0 and the latest version of RpTools, but everything seemed to work OK.

Download the latest version from:

ftp://ftp.renderplus.com/_download/RpTools/RpTools_1_1_JG13t.zip

And see if it still fails for you.

If it fails, send me a Ruby Console and/or a debug report and I will try to trace it down.

I only need one failure - If move fails - foe example - you don't need to try anything else - just let me know what steps you followed to make it fail, and send me any reports you can.
Also - if you are still having problems - re-install your version of SketchUp to see if that helps
