Hello,

I did like to render a night interior scene with a background saw through the glasses.

As this background is a daylight view, I'm wondering if there is a channel to decrease its luminosity?

I saw we have access to channel 8 for HDRi background in sketchup's iRender nXt wizard (only for HDRi?) but not from iRender nXt's one.

Channel 8 is only for "Planar HDRI backgrounds"

If you want to adjust the intensity of an ordinary background, you should try our Background Wizard

I tested it here - with a transparent plane to he right of Susan, and it ws able to darken the background - which was able to darken the background pretty well.

ah ok, I didn't remember this feature in the bkgd wizard. I'll take a look at it

Thanks,

Really good!!

I tried it and it very easily gives me a better result I got with the luminosity tool of Gimp.

Many thanks
