I got the 3D pdf link open, and I cannot see the model in 3D on my Mac or my PC....  Do I need to do anything special to see it?

 

 I would assume since its a PDF that it should just work in Adobe Reader, right?

Does the PDF look like the image below?
(With shadows is the rendered image, without shadows is the model itself)

See what version of Adobe Reader you have. Most things work with most versions, but the view setting stuff requires version 9.2 or later.

What happens when you click the Show 3D Model button?

What happens if you right click on the rendered image (it should say enable content) (This is not a solution, I just want to see if that "feature" is working")

Also, you should be able to hold the mouse button down over the image and just start spinning it.
