    From the Options dialog, choose Bgnd/Ground Plane Edit/Advanced/Texture Maps/"Plus Sign" to select an image:

    Give the image the proper Scale Size and you'll get the image on your Ground Plane when you render, as below:

    i wish to add a picture for the Ground Plane in the rendering.. ;)

    Or do you wish to render over a background image?
