Dimensions in 3D PDF

Since I work with technical/mechanical equipment I was hoping to get the dimensions from SketchUp to be viewed in the 3D PDF-file as well. Isn't it possible to show dimensions in the 3D PDF?

We are onlyable to show 3D objects in the RPS 3D PDF "U3D" format used by Adobe. You will have to create 3D text and 3D lines of any kind of labels you want to include.
