From a user:

I seem to be getting an error message when I try to render. Have you ever seen this before???

Unknown error during DLL CALL: nXt_geometry.cpp: (2623):: (IRender_calls::nxtdll_call_start_raytrace) called by: ["C:/Users/user_name/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2014/SketchUp/Plugins/RPS_IRender_nXt/ruby/IRender_bump_maps.rb:57:in `rb_alpha_save_for_background'", "(eval):1:in `rb_eval'", "C:/Users/user_name/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2014/SketchUp/Plugins/RPS_IRender_nXt/ruby/ardll.rb:95:in `eval'",

Yes.

We save an "alpha" image of the current SketchUp view, in case you want to adjust the position of a background image, using the Layer Image Wizard, while in the rendering window.

Sometimes it just doesn't work for some users, we don't know why. Perhaps it's a video card issue?

The fix for now is to turn off that feature, so that we don't try to save that file when you start a rendering.
