Error while creating PDF

I downloaded the trial version of RPS 3D PDF a while back to evaluate it before purchase and i've not been able to get it to work. Everytime i try to create a PDF i get this error:

IFXCOMInitialize Error (0x80000003), Please try Again.

Try reloading application if problem persists.

(VER: OB19p 3.0 - XXXX- Trial)
(Error occurred in .\convert.cpp line: 4773)

I get the error regardless of which sketchupfile i try, i've tried everyting i can think of, reinstalled sketchup/RPS etc..

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

(I use Sketchup ver: 15.3.331 64-Bit along with RPS 3D PDF Ver: OB19p 3.0 Trial)

    The error says VER: OB19.

    It should say OD14.

    Could you download it again and reinstall it again?

    Could you try running all of the redists in this folder, as an administrator, to see if you get any errors?

    Seems I have the same problem. I downloaded latest version today.
    But once I was able to create a 3D PDF..... strange. Please advice what

    else I can do..... (like the 3D PDF too much....looks great if it works)

    Please try downloading the latest version of 3D PDF. We think we have fixed the problem that you were having.
