HDR Planar Backround is really useful

Just a quick thanks regarding improvement to layer wizard and HDR planar background \positioning.

I am now undertaking far less post render editing which is speeding up turnaround time.

Rich, FYI - the reset button on lighting channels dialog does not seem to include the HDR background channel.
