I always read your postings on the help desk forum and find your contributions very helpful.
My background is in Architecture and after a 46 year career I was made redundant in July 2011 so I decided to work for myself doing 3D visualisations based mainly on Sketchup and irenderNXT. I'd been getting into 3D visualisation for quite a while as part of my architectural work.( I was fed-up of Autocad as I had been using it since it first came out !) Anyway I'm making a reasonable living and really enjoying working for myself. I'm based near Liverpool, UK. but all my work is done remote over the web. Thought I would be mainly doing architectural visuals but it has just branched out into all sorts of interesting stuff.

Also, I notice that you have not provided a photo or Avatar image. The forum will look better if everyone adds a photo and Avatar. This is very important to us because we want to create a professional look to the forum which will encourage people to use the forum.
I have loaded Irender-nxt into sketchup 8 and it shows in the plugins pull down menu but when I click it noting happens.
I have cheched in the sketchup 8 plugins file and the loader is there ok. I have loaded and unloaded several times but still nothing. Worked fine in SU7!

It is a pre sketchup 8 version so will try the new stable version
