Just downloaded/installed sketchup 2013. then downloaded latest version of nxt - installed. On opening sketchup received the following error - please help urgently

I had justed posted a new version with a fix for RPC objects. I thought that not much had changed, but...
Try this downloading and installing this version:

and see if that fixes it.
won't install - get a windows error - cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Its then followed by a compressed zipped folders error - windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created. Tried to do an open versus save. Got a Norton virus error - WS.Reputation.1
