It rendered OK for me. You might try installing the latest version that we posted.
Here is the link to the latest version: http://www.renderplus.com/downloads/IRender_nXt/IRender_6_OG07.zip Also check the Save Image settings, in case it is trying to automatically save to a folder that doesn't exist anymore or something. Or try renaming the SketchUp file, or copying everything to a new file.
Sigh I have a deadline to meet at that time and this happens but i will upload the model

Please send me the model. I can try to render it when I'm in the office on Monday to see if I can get a clue as to why this particular model does not render.

You can go to this page:
http://www.renderplus.com/htm/uploads.htm
and follow the instructions, to send us a file if it is too large to just attach to an email.
1. It crashes during extraction
2. just with one specific model
3. I've attached a screenshot
4. Irender itself crashes

So it is crashing during extraction, right?
Is it just one model where this is happening, or does it happen every time that you render anything?
Do you get an error message that might give us a clue?
Does SketchUp crash, or is it IRender itself, and what do you see when that happens?
Please answer all 4 of these questions, and post any screen shots or error messages that you can.
