  • We tracked down the problem we were having with our cloud rendering and posted a new install, version "XH07", on our downloads page with the fix:

    Please install and try that new version and let us know if it works for you.

    We have given you credit for the the tokens that you used trying to get it to work earlier.

  • We are still working on this. Currently cloud rendering is now working for us for any rendering jobs.

    We will let you know when we have a solution.
