Not rendering transparency

Hi,

I just downloaded a trial version of ArielVision for Sketchup 2014. It doesn't seem to be rendering transparency. I've attached a screenshot of Sketchup showing the material properties and showing how transparent the object appears in Sketchup. I've also attached the render, which shows no transparency.

What am I doing wrong?

    Can you zip up that model and attach it to a comment here, or email it to me at rich.hart@renderplus.com, so I can see what's going on?
