nXtPlantEditor.exe has stopped working

Hi Al & Rich,

I installed new SkutchUp 2016 64bit and latest IRendernXt OL09 and when I click 'Creat RP TreeMaker Plant' it says "nXtPlantEditor.exe has stopped working". Details are attached.

Previous IRendernXt OG02 and SU 2014 32bit worked fine. I tried to go back but it's not working.

I would like to use SU 2016 64bit. Can you please help?

    Success! Couple of them needed repair and now TreeMaker works.

    Perhaps one of the DLLs that we run during the installation did not run successfully.

    Could you right click on each of the executables in this folder and select Run as administrator for each, to see if there are any errors when they run?

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Render Plus Systems\IRender_nXt\redist

    Also, try running the file dotnetfx35_setup.exe, to make sure that that is installed..

    I get the same "nXtPlantEditor(64).exe has stopped working" message.

    If you double click, in File Explorer, on either of these two executable files, do you get an error?  Or do they run?

    You're getting there by clicking on the leaf on the IRender nXt toolbar, Right?
