I Upgraded to the latest version a few weeks ago, but every time I start up it asks me to validate my software and then bring up a dialog with my old license information. I enter my new information and it says I'm already validated but it continued to do this every time I restart my computer. This is becoming very frustrating as each time it does this it removes the rendering options I entered previously. can you please help?

Please try using the Copy and Paste instructions in the email to enter this different authcode into our license dialog.
