It appears that the button to activate panorama rendering in the rending tab has disappeared. Is there some other setting that I need to adjust to make it appear again?

We posted a new version with a fix for this on our downloads page:

Please install that and see if it fixes it for you.
You can also bring up the license dialog first. That will do it.

I was able to duplicate this, that check box just wasn't there..
I did a small rendering to see if it appeared in the options dialog from the rendering window, and it was there.
I brought our options dialog back up in SketchUp and the Make Panoramic Image check box was back:
See if that works for you.
Meanwhile, I'll track down why it was not appearing at first.
