Hello,

Viscri to inform you that I purchased the program but after installing it does not work. Started irender rendering continues with the export of geometries, it opens over the processing window of the render and this is blocked by writing: "render systems plus batch renderer has stopped working". What has happened. The PC has all the features needed to run and is very efficient. Waiting for news, thanks. Greetings

    We fixed the problem with caustics.

    Go ahead and download the latest version from: Downloads

    We are currently having the problem you described if you use Caustic transpoarency in your glass.

    If this is the case, turn off the caustics until we fix thjis later this week.

    If you are not using caustics, then send the model to support@renderplus.com so we can try it here.

    Can you render anyhing at all?

    Try just starting a new drawing with just a single box in it. Does that render?
