After some tests, it's sure it's related to the lamp so, I tried to delete it and create a new lamp from default values and try to reduce lamp beam angle and field angle as expected, using Edit Render Lamp.
Unfortunately, changing these values don't update the lamp geometry.

Can you test it to confirm it please?
Do you mean it's because I put the lamp "in the air"?
I really don't remember how I create this lamp and where I glued it !?!
I try to glue it on a solid to see.
Thx
The problem with this model is that there is a light in it that is based on a face in the model which has no size.
We can fix the software to allow such a light.
What did you do to create the small light? Did you set the lamp size to something very small like 0.00001, or did you scale the lamp after placing it?
Better!
Thanks.
So could you try to render it because on my instal (LJ03), iRender nXt crashes.

Alain
